Refunds and Cancellations

A graduation certificate, letter of recommendation, and pin will only be awarded to those students attaining a 75% or above grade average. Those students whose grade average is below 75% will not receive a certificate but will be allowed to retake the entire course (if desired) at a reduced fee of $1300.

A full refund will be made of all deposits or payments if cancellation is made before the start of the first session.
The refund policy is based on how many weeks the student participated. For example, withdrawal before classes begin will credit the student with a full refund of tuition paid. Issuing credit once classes begin is based on a percentage of 11 weeks. Each week equates to $264 minus the paid tuition. For example, if a student withdraws at week one, then $264 will be subtracted from the paid tuition. Again, if a student withdraws at week five, then ($264 X 5 weeks) $1320 will be subtracted form the paid tuition. The cost of student scrubs will also subtracted from the tuition.

Those wishing to cancel for illness or personal reasons may resume their course of study in the next class series with no penalty and may repeat the already completed sessions if desired.
